Our very first product, Rose's Red, is our silky smooth version of a Sunday sauce or gravy (call it whatever you want, we don't judge!).  Slow simmered for hours with beef short rib, country style pork ribs, Italian sausage and our housemade meatballs.  All of that is strained out leaving the tomatoes and their natural sweetness to shine amidst every flavor packed bite.
